Bill Summary

This page is designed to show summary billing information by time frame and organization.

This page defaults to show monthly bill summaries and the Organization filter set to unfiltered. Open the filters to change them as needed.

The smart table displays the following:

• Site name: The site billed

• Site type: The type of site billed (education, facility, and so on)

• Facility area: The square footage of the billed facility

• Sales floor area: The square footage of the billed floor

• Bill type: The energy source billed for (renewable solar, electric, natural gas, and so on)

• Usage: The amount of energy being billed

• Demand

• Cost: The bill amount based on energy usage

• HQ conversion: The conversion rate used for currency changes on the bill

• Period start: The start date of the billing period

• Period end: The end date of the billing period

Select the Usage or Cost amount for a bill summary to open details.
